Turnover Intention: A Case of Employee Working in the Fast Food Industry of Quetta

The restaurants are becoming increasingly popular as they convenient and also economical in Pakistan. However, the fast food industries facing a major problem of turnover intention, which directly affects productivity performance. purpose study is to examine impact job stressors (job insecurity, role conflict, interpersonal conflict) on intention employees working industry Quetta. In this study, quantitative method used collect data from Questionnaire distributed among (15) that selected (02), (03), (04) star rankings. A total 150 valid questionnaires were collected out 160. was analyzed with help SPSS Smart-PLS order find relationship between intentions. findings revealed insecurity conflict have positive significant while has no intention. These will managers practitioners understand employee’s behavior towards design new strategies for retention employees.
